is it true to not eat spicy food, oranges, lemon, etc while breastfeeding? does it really make your baby gassy and fussy because of the acid?

I eat all of those thighs and never had increased gassiness from my baby. it's just his natural state!

It depends on each baby. I’ve only had a problem with baby number 4 and I couldn’t eat garlic.

Really just depends on the baby. When my baby was very small i had to limit beef and beans to small amounts because they made her gassy, but that improved as she got older. Then I ate all the foods.

It’s very individual. You have to do trial and error. Personally, there is nothing I can’t eat. I am even gluten intolerant, so if I have it, I get stomach pains, but nothing with baby!

I never cut anything out of my diet when breastfeeding, but when baby is young, newborn-5-6 months... Their tummies are more sensitive and cant pass gas properly, so it makes it more painful on them. 
I find higher fat/ greasy stuff, hot dogs, pizza, deep fried foods, chicken wings, etc Tend to really mess my baby up. 
I’ve eaten all kinds of fruit and that doesnt seem to mess with baby, but all babies are different so who knows. 
Gripe water, or gas drops help calm the tummy but they’ll still be screaming up a storm if whatever you ate hurts their tummies.
