Navel piercing

I’m not sure where else to post this. Anyways, I removed my navel piercing when I was like 10 weeks pregnant. Prior to that I had it in for a little over 8 months. I’m now 30 weeks and it looks soo wierd and completely flat. I’m just curious to see if anyone was able to put their piercing back in after birth.. I really miss it, for it’s my favorite piece of jewelry. Will it go back to normal? Or will I have to spend the money to have it redone? Any experiences please comment
