Itching all over

So this is my first time being pregnant.  I am at 4 and a half weeks. The last few days I have been itching, all over.  Haven't made any laundry soap changes.  But my hands, arms, chest, legs, feet, basically all over I get spots that itch.  It is driving me nuts.  Is this normal?  Or something I should call my dr office about?  I am laying awake right now itching!  I spot treat with hydrocortisone but like tonight there are over 6 spots itching right now!!
