According to my apps I’m 6 weeks pregnant ( not confirmed _ no doctor appointment until 8 to 12 weeks in the UK) some days I have lots of cramps and the next day theres nothing . Thing at all! This is my first pregnancy should I be worried or did your symptoms come and go? X
