Hey ladies I need help. I’m 2 months postpartum and had a c-section due to complications, but it seems like this pouch just won’t go away ! I see girls on here who are 1 month pp or so and have flatter tummies that me. I’ve always been skinny my entire life never had a flat tummy but everything was pretty tight together, now I have this flabby Pooch that kind of just sits there. I was beginning to winder if it could be diastAsia recti? I’ve looked up YouTube videos in how to perform the “exam” on myself but I must be stupid or something because I feel like I can’t get it right or as if I’m doing it totally wrong! Can someone please try to explain how to do it? I want to start exercises to get my tummy back! For those that got rid of the pouch how did you do it?! Any tips you recommend. I just want my confidence and good self esteem back 😩😩😩
