9 weeks - No Symptoms

I will be 9 weeks this week and I have had barely any symptoms. I’ve had a few random things but nothing that has stuck around for more than a few days or hours

I had a MMC at 12 weeks in October so I’m worried since I lost my symptoms then but didn’t think much of it. I don’t have my first appointment until next week. I don’t even feel bloated at all like others are posting.
