Different, affordable makeup brands?

I love makeup & I love watching beauty channels on YouTube. Problem is, I can't afford 50$+ eyeshadow pallets or 25$+ full coverage foundations. Does anyone know of any makeup brands that have decent, non-garbage products for affordable prices? I've tried Revlon, Maybelline, CoverGirl..the basics. I'm looking to see if there are any other brands, indie ones even that maybe aren't sold at drugstores, to try. I love trying new things & seeing what's  out there 🙂 Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I used to think that make up is just make up. And since I’m not a professional at it, I’d  be fine w affordable drug store brands. And some are great. Like I still buy my mascara at drug stores. But when it comes to foundation I just cant. It’s my face and I put good stuff on my face. I can’t speak on too many “bad companies” since I don’t shop from them. But ELF was my go to for about two years. That’s one brand I’d never use ever again. It’s really bad for the face. But you can do your own research on that. 
I don’t wear lots of make up every single day, so I tend to buy better products and believe me they last me over 6 months or more. Good luck 👍🏼

Try Hush, it's an online site, YouTube what you want to buy first so you know if it's good or not. Stuff is pretty good, I've bought some palettes from them.
