nose piercing

i got my nose piercing last monday and so did my sister, her piercing was fine but mine, mine bled a lot i lost a lot of blood everytime i cleaned it it would bleed more and my pillows would have blood when i woke up so wednesday i let the blood stay and didn’t clean it that helped close the wound i haven’t bled since but now i have a ball of dried blood it feels like, inside of my nose exactly where the piercing is and i can’t get it to come off no matter what. i have wound wash spray and tree tea oil can that take it off do you guys have any suggestions on how to take it off
