Implantation bleeding ?

Okay so 2months ago I had taken a plan B my period was late for a week I had sex agian on the 26th of January I got my period the next day . It’s now been 10 days and today I started having pink and kinda greenish mucas come out after wiping .. its only when I wipe I wore a pad today and barley nothing came out . I have been slightly cramping and my back hurts bad .. idk if this could be implantation bleeding or a uti ?? Or something idkkkk I have never had a uti where blood came out i bed help I know the pics below aren’t very appealing but I need help what is this ???
