miscarriage bummer

I had a miscarriage in October we have been TTC since then. Dec Jan were normal periods but this month I'm 5 days late. I went to the hospital and had my blood drawn and had several hpt and they all came back negative. The big question is what's the deal uterus? too early pregnant or what I don't know what to think or do

I need advice to not get discouraged and give up.
