Sleeping in own bed at 4 years old

My husband works late nights and I nursed

Him so he just slept in bed with me. We’re trying everything to get him in his own bed since baby is coming soon. We reluctantly got a small tv and it helps him Fall asleep but he wakes up saying he is scared and wants in our bed with me. I love him sleeping me but can’t have it when the baby comes. Any ideas are welcome!
