Incision recovery

I had a csection Jan 15, but I wasn’t told much as to how to care for the incision! How long do I keep it covered? With my tummy hanging over it a little from pregnancy it “sweats” I guess and they said to keep it dry and that’s about all they told me besides wash with mild soap. Do I keep pads over it still? How do I get it enough air to dry out since I’m constantly holding or taking care of the baby, I don’t get any time to just lay back and let it air out. I’m nervous about it, any advice is appreciated!
