Devastated

Currently in the hospital for the second time since Saturday. I am losing my first pregnancy. We are very sad, and I feel broken. I was supposed to be 7 weeks Saturday, but my first trip to the Er they did an ultrasound and I only measured at 4 weeks 3 days. I’m not in pain really. Only crampy here and there. But passing huge blood clots, no tissue. I expected this after my first visit Saturday and since the bleeding never stopped, but it isn’t any easier. Its crazy how the sheer joy and happiness can just turn into fear and sadness. 😔
