I told my boyfriend about my self harm and stuff tonight. I kept it brief because i didn’t know what to say. He first asked me whether i ave done it recently, in which i replied yes. Then he said “because of me” and blamed himself. which obviously isn’t the case. i love him to pieces. he’s my everything. he makes mistakes but never have i because of him. I told him it wasn’t because of him and now he’s hung up and he hasn’t replied to me since. or opened any of my messages. I don’t want to keep messaging him and bombard him, but i’m really worried. i don’t know what to do. any thoughts???
