Phantom period on mirena

So I’ve had mirena for a year and two months now. Typically have light period that usually come on time. Well this time it’s late by 5 Days and I’m never late. I’m also not pregnant. I’ve been having cramps and back pain like I normally do with my period but no blood, just a few days of discharge that had a little blood. Is this around the time that they say your period stops on mirena if you’re one of those women? Anyone else have this experience?
