I’m so jealous of all you moms who know what you’re having!!!

I did a blood test at 11 weeks to find out if I was finally gonna get to have my mommas boy. I have a 6 year old girl and an 8 month old girl. So I really want a boy this time. I was ecstatic when I was told “Congratulations, ITS A BOY!!” Only to go to an ultrasound at 22 weeks and be told there’s not turtle congrats on your third girl!!! I don’t know what to buy now!! And I know how to read a scan so I know the doctor isn’t mistaken...

Ok I’m going to add an update instead of answering question by question in the comments. It was a sneak peek test not done in a lab. I did do everything as instructed and had to do the test 3 times due to issues with my blood itself. They were nice enough to keep sending until my blood cooperated. There is a chance it was still a contaminated sample even though I did everything as instructed to a T. I did mention to my doctor that a sneak peek test gave me different results than the scan. She recommended me get a 4D scan because if they catch the baby showing off like she did there will be no question. She has also scheduled a follow up ultrasound just in case I have a shy boy in there. Any way... that’s all I can add at the moment.
