13 weeks pregnant and no sex ???!

Ladies ever since I been pregnant my bf doesn't want to have sex he thinks I'm too sensitive and doesn't want to hurt me ... back then we would have sex like every weekend or every 3 days and now nothing ugh I'm so mad I'm sexually frustrated and it's been a month since we haven't !! Every time I tell him "babe let's do it" he's always saying "in a little bit" ends up knocking out or "babe I don't want to hurt you" like it's so annoying!!!! Idk what to tell him 🤐😓😩
