10 days PP!!!!!

I’m staring at my squat rack in my home gym just wanting to do some deadlifts so bad. I was a power lifter before getting pregnant with my second baby and I’m just wondering if I’m safe to start just with my Olympian squat bar which weighs 45lbs without weight added. I’m dying to get back at it!!😩

How long did it take you weight lifting ladies to get back at lifting after baby??💁🏼‍♀️
