Haven’t spoke to unborn father since I kicked him out

Me and my ex was together for 4 years off and on. I put him out after he took my truck to Oklahoma City to see his child’s mother and didn’t return back until days after. After I put him out a month later I found out I was 8weeks I told him I’m pregnant and today I am 24 weeks. He moved to Oklahoma City to be with his child’s mother and when I try to contact him he doesn’t answer he ignores my calls. I talk to his oldest daughter mother because she feels like it’s best that our kids know each other but the one in Oklahoma City she pretty much block us both so we can’t contact her to get in touch with him long story short he has family here and I’m trying to figure out when is the best time to let his father and sisters know about the baby coming. I don’t know if I should wait until she comes or tell them now. Right now I’m stuck on what to do 😞😔
