You can get them at any grocery store, drug store, gas station, etc. If they sell Advil, they sell condoms. They aren’t that expensive. You can buy a few for about $5. At least where I live. Or you can buy them online.

Any store likely carries condoms. Walmart is probably the cheaper option vs convenience stores, where they’ll have an up charge on their prices of condoms lol. Have you looked into getting on birth control? I know when I was 17 I was able to contact my local health department (wasn’t even planned parenthood , just my local health department in my tiny town) and get on birth control for FREE with out my parents knowing nor their permission. Something to look into! They also have free condoms, will give free Pap smears, and exams.
