sons hands so cold and lips turn a little purple sometimes

I know that his lips turning purple is a red flag. and I take care of him by getting him nice and warm.... even put a blanket in dryer for a few and putting it around him. it's winter here in Michigan and my son gets cold SO FAST! what can I do to prevent this from happening? I dress him warm.....hes been getting two baths sometimes everyday... maybe his body is used to warm baths? if that makes sense
