*UPDATE* Would it bother you if your fiancé/boyfriend checked up on his exes?

My fiancé doesn’t log out of his Facebook account on our computer at home.

The other day I was curious and pulled Facebook up. I noticed that in his recent search history he has been looking up his ex girlfriends. And I went back and he’s been doing this for almost as long as we’ve been together.

Why would he do this? What’s a reason he could be doing this? Would it hurt your feelings at all if you saw something like this? Do I talk to him about it? I want to say something but I’m scared of the answer.😞

Before you guys go getting on to me for invading his privacy, I’m going to say he has told me he doesn’t lock his phone, log out of his Facebook or anything because he wants me to trust him. He knows my ability to trust was crushed with my last relationship that lasted 8 years. I’m a super faithful person, and it’s hard for me to grasp why people cheat or how they could. Is he aware that the search history is saved? I’m hurt after finding this on his Facebook. Like what’s running through his mind when he looks these specific exes up? Does he miss them? I’m scared and hurt, but I don’t know if all this worry is nothing or not.

I did ask him. He said that they come up in conversation and so he looked them up because other people think they know them. I asked him, “They must be popular to come up in conversation that much.” He said, one of his best friends hates one of his exes and so she does come up often. The other one, he said, is like family (the one who added me on Facebook not too long ago). Then then last one he said he wasn’t even sure he was friends with her so he looked her up to make sure. I don’t know. It made me feel a little bit better. I’m trying to look past it. I haven’t seen him in 2 weeks, so maybe getting to see him tomorrow will help me forget about this.
