HELP PLEASE MY MIND SPINNING

Ok so my boyfriend broke up with me on our one year anniversary because our relationship is “unhealthy” but anyways he has a best friend that’s a girl and I feel like he broke up with is because he likes his best friend and his best friend likes him...so he’s saying that he loves me still and he doesn’t know if he likes his best friend and it’s pretty obv they do....what I should I do because he’s literally making my mind spin and my feelings and I still love him a lot and care about him
