Is it too early to tell if I’m pregnant ?

So I just posted about having symptoms with pregnancy in another group but I forgot to include this..soo me and my boyfriend have unprotected sex.. I’m on nexaplanon!!! I got a UTI about a month ago and we still had unprotected sex multiple times while I was on the antibiotic. Me and my boyfriend took a little break in our relationship and I had unprotected sex with someone else last Friday , I wasn’t on antibiotics it was just regular sex. So the birth control would work regularly. I just recently found out that antibiotics will interfere with the birth control .. and I’m having symptoms of pregnancy. If I am pregnant is it possible it could be the guy I had sex with last Friday’s ? Or would it be too early if it was his?
