Yeast Infection??

Hey ladies! I’ve been recently tested for chlamydia and gonarrhea, and I had chlamydia! I was treated with the antibiotics and I thought I was in the clear. It has been three weeks since my treatment and I’m suffering from some severe itching. I also had lumpy white discharge and some dryness down there (I think I may be chafing, the surrounding skin is a little red), and there aren’t any super funky smells that I’ve noticed. Could this be a yeast infection? Or another STI? 🤕 Thanks
