Pink discharge 2 days after period

This is my first month on the pill and i forgot to take my pills 2 days during my ovulation days. 3 dpo i got an early period. Even though my period last 7 days it was really light/medium now 2 days after my period i have a pink discharge only when i wipe. Can i be pregnant from having unprotected sex during ovulation and not taking my pills?? is this discharge from my period or can it be that im pregnant since im 12 dpo and just today i started w this pink discharge
