Potty Training Blues 😔🤦🏽‍♀️

Today my 2 year old has a diaper rash shes been having loose stools and she’s sensitive

Long story short she use to pee in her potty at 1 but the daycare wasn’t consistent with her so she stopped.

I picked today to be 100% consistent with her because I don’t want to agitate the rash & she’s smart enough to know she has to go she’s normally dry most of the day.

But today she’s been dry for about an hour (in her panties which never lasts long than 5 mins)

Is every 30 mins too much? What are some tips? And incentives?
