HELP with appetite!!!
So I really need to lose weight (like 60 pounds) I started exercising Monday and worked out every day since until today. It’s hard because I have advanced degenerative arthritis in my knees (having surgery on the right one next Friday). I can pretty much handle exercise at least 3-4 times a week and I drink lots of water but I seem to always be starving! I don’t wanted to take diet pills and eating all the time is killing any attempt at loosing the weight! I’m starting to have adverse effects on my health due to the weight not to mention the extra stress on my knees. Any healthy natural tips that might help?!!!
