lactosis intolerance and pregnancy?

Hi all,
I am lactose intolerant and 4w2d pregnant of a rainbow baby.
And I am worrying about my calcium intake. My prenatal are great,  but without calcium.
How other lactosis intolerant mum did?
I have a meeting with a midwife in a week but I am wondering if I can do something now.

My whole family is dairy free by choice. You get calcium other places

There is a lot more calcium in other foods then people think. White beans, kale, bok choy, molasses, almonds, oranges, sesame seeds, sea weed, tofu, instant oatmeal, etc. Google it, there are many other sources.

Milk in fact is very bad for us. Plant based milks are great sources of calcium.

there are wau to replace it like. almond milk, soy milk.
