Braxton Hicks?
this is my first pregnancy so I have no idea what Braxton hicks are supposed to feel like. 😂 Last night I kept getting this pressure in my lower abdomen. it would last maybe 15-30 seconds then ease up and then come back about a minute or two later. did this about 3 or 4 times. I didn't feel like my stomach was rock hard as I've heard others say, it just felt like pressure pushing from the inside. Kinda like gas pains but would come and go. I'm 20 weeks.
