How to start natural labor ??

So I’m 38 weeks today and I had a regular check up with my midwife . I asked for a cervical check due to slight bleeding after intercourse with my SO and I was sure there must be some effacement or dilation . In my mind I’m thinking I’m probably not dilated any just effaced . Well come to it that I am 4 cm dilated and would like to try anything I can to bring on labor . I’m just not sure what to do to help . I’ve been having a very heavy feeling in my lower stomach since the check and a few contractions here and there with a couple of pains but nothing serious . I just want this little girl out ! Is there anything I can do to hopefully bring her out before the weekend is over ?
