HELP! 3 month old theething? FTM

My three month old has been fussy for three days now. He is constantly wanting to chew on his hands or passie he also drooling quite a bit. But he doesn’t have a fever or anything. Could he be starting to teeth? What should I do?

My daughter started teething at 3 months, and no one believed me! I even saw a tooth bud! My uncle was born with 2 teeth, so it's possible. Infants Tylenol is a life saver
