Ovulation

I thought when the test lines were the same you are ovulating ? But according to the digital part I’m not ovulating at all. I took this because I’m 13dpo and having an excessive amount of EWCM mixed with white and it’s a lotiony stretchy creamy feeling. I’m confused.
