Implementation bleeding meaning I’m pregnant 😞

So i had unprotected sex when I was ovulating, took plan B a week ago. This morning I just woke up with cramps and thought i was constipated but i just started bleeding a little red/pink blood like implementation bleeding......I’m freaking out. Is this little blood a side effect from plan B or is this implementation bleeding ? It’s been like 10 days to about a week since i had unprotected sex while ovulating. My period isn’t supposed to come til the 17th...do i just wait to test ?? 😭 When is the nearest time i can test ?
