help me decide

okay. so I work at this restaurant. none of our food has labels. we are currently open and serving the public while doing construction (one of our customers even reported finding wood chips and saw dust IN HIS FOOD?!). we have a cockroach infestation. black mold in our ice. and to top it off, our boss is a major asshole who doesnt know how to respect his employees. myself and a few other women have reported sexual harassment to him from one individual whom we work with, and he refuses to do anything about it..he won't even confront the guy. plus he used one if our coworkers sicknesses (which he was dying from btw) to make 8000 dollars and then turn around and only gave that coworker 600 of it? even though all of the proceeds were supposed to go to him?? plus back in August, a close friend of mine
