It’s ok to not be ok! 
I had to admit that I’m not ok today! 
My names Zoe, my little boy is 10 weeks old and I’m not okay! 
So... how are you? ❤️

My twins are 3 months and I’ve had more bad days than good. But they have been getting better. Postpartum is no joke and my second time around was worse not sure if it’s because I’m older and/or because I had twins. Just know it gets better

I’ve been back at work for 4 weeks now, baby is 3 months and change. 
Our nanny quit on Sunday so we took a day off from work to find a daycare this week. I threw out my back (literally unloading the dishwasher for a second time) today... And today we found out the dogs have fleas. 
I’m not ok. 
Most days I’m pretty good. A little tired but I usually get 5 1/2-7 hours of sleep a night. 
Today. I’m. Just. So. Done.

Most days I'm fine now. My son is three months on Wednesday. I had really bad baby blues and have post partum anxiety. I still have a ton of guilt everyday because I was unable to breastfeed and I feel like my son is going to hate me. I don't leave the house that often because I feel embarrassed to bottle feed him in public. My baby man started sleeping 10 hours at 9 weeks and I got him a snuza pico so I have been able to relax a little. It gets a little easier everyday. I love my son with all my heart but there is definitely times when I miss the freedom my old life had.

I had postpartum depression with my 1st and this time I got the baby blues pretty bad in the later half of his 2nd month. Now I’m pretty ok but I am alone most of the time with both kids ( 4year old and a 3 month old) so it gets hard some days when I haven’t had a break to even shower in a week or sit and eat a meal. But I started up with going back to the gym and it has helped. Now that my son is 3 months old they allow him to be in the child care there. This gives me a little break and I can breathe and not think of worry about anything. Or I call my mother in law to take the kids and I went to the movies, the best thing I did haha. I felt so rejuvenated after and I just felt I could mom again lol. Hang in there ladies it gets better and in my opinion it does get better with age. I would rather have a child crawling or walking getting into everything instead of a baby who cannot play or do much and is cranky lol

My name is Kristen, I am a first time mom, I have 12 week old boy/girl twins & I am far from ok the majority of the time.

Even before my daughter was born and it was just my 2yo I had a lot of not ok days. I am bipolar among other things. I'm doing my best to stay off meds until baby is 6mo and not completely dependant on breast milk. 
I check in monthly with my meds Dr and have a "babysitter" to watch for red flags. Being a FTM or STM or even a twentieth time mom is not easy. Some days we don't shower or change our clothes and eat chicken nuggets because it's all I can stand to make. I spend days on the couch watching tv, I was blessed with a mostly well behaved toddler. I threw a remote and broke it against the wall right next to my SOs head the other day because I was so overwhelmed and mad the other day. 
Its not easy and its totally ok to not be ok. Its ok to cry over stupid shit or just pass the baby to a partner and take some time for yourself.

I had postpartum depression with my first (he’s 15 now). I have done pretty good these last 3 months, I am able to stay at home with the baby which is a blessing but my husband works on the road and sometimes I just feel so alone....
