Pumping information: Help!

Little back story, I EBF my daughter for 11 months and loved it. I'm still planning on mostly exclusive breast feeding with this baby, but I ordered a medela pump through my insurance so if I want/need to have someone watch my LO down the road, I can do that. However I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to pumping! Does anyone have any favorite sites to educate myself? I don't know what supplies I need, how long I can keep breast milk in the fridge and freezer, the best way to store it...I just need help. 😂
