Help! FTM with no nursing help
I'm breastfeeding my newborn but I would also like to start pumping to start to get a good supply built up. Any suggestions on when to pump in comparison to his feedings? Should I pump the breast he ate from to completely empty it? (I don't think he empties a breath before he is full so I doubt he is getting the hindmilk) or should I pump the opposite breast AS he nurses? Or is it better to just pump both breasts an hour or so after he nurses?
