Struggling with Weight
when I was a kid I was very active because I was in summer camp from 730a-430p. I've played sports since the 5th grade up until I started freshman year of college. I weighed 145 when I graduated high school, 165 when I graduated college, and currently almost 3years post college I weight about 195. I have stomach problems, gallstones, and IBS so I've cut a lot of food out of my diet but I still struggle with soda and sugary coffee and even though I've cut back on those, it's still a struggle for me. I lack major self confidence even though my boyfriend says I'm beautiful all the time and texts me "good morning beautiful" or "good morning love" every morning. Does anyone have any suggestions that make working out fun? I recently rejoined a gym but have no motivation when I go by myself. I need to be a healthier version of myself, not just to be happier but to improve my overall health. any suggestions? Thank you
