Pregnancy

Took a pregnancy test on the 6th and came out positive but my period was supposed to come on the 7th which is obviously not coming but I’m not spotting and I was told that when your pregnant you should be spotting, I called a health clinic explaining the situation and I was told I️ am 100% pregnant but yet no spotting by all symptoms are there from the tender Breast to being nauseous to being a lil gassy and sleeping a lot, so exactly what does that mean? Should I️ go to a clinic to make sure
