Baby stuff??

I'm thinking of buying baby things such as a walker, high chair, & little swing from garage sale. I think it saves money to buy these things used rather than brand new. Anyone else agree?

Almost all of my stuff is second hand. I can afford all new stuff but they only usecit a short time. I think it's crazy to buy it all new.

Agree! The only things I will not buy used is a car seat and crib mattress. Everything else can be used to save money.

Oh totally!!! I have so much used stuff! And I baby sit this little boy and the mom is letting me "babysit" for his stuff he doesn't use anymore. So no money coming out of my pocket and im getting almost brand new baby stuff! Love it!

I've been hitting them like crazy! Already got 2 pack and plays (one with changer, one with elevated sleeper), swing, bassinet, 2 tubs, and a TON of clothes!

I'm all about garage sales (and Craigslist). Also consignment shops! I got so many cute designer baby clothes in perfect condition there, however, some item do skeeve me out...mattresses, changing pads. And car seats expire and don't work if there's any damage so don't get that. Also cribs have evolved as far as safety requirements so I'd be hesitant about that too

Did that with everything expect car seat and stroller! Bought that new but there's nothing wrong with used items I love it saves money and you can always find great deals😀

Yep! We did that today! Be careful with the car seat though as there's many recalls and there is an expiration date
