Best friend...turned BD, Boyfriend, husband...or other?

I’ve known this guy since we were 12 (now 24). He’s literally my best friend, inseparable. I had a son in high school and they have the best bond...it makes my heart warm. We both went off to college and dated other people. However, we always seem to jump back into talking when we’re single. Not to mention we grew up in Atlanta, he went to college in North Carolina and I in Missouri. So distance was something we’ve had between us as well. I moved to Indiana and he stayed with me for a month and I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT. We discussed me moving closer to Georgia so I moved to North Carolina. Now we have an unspoken agreement that we take turns visiting each other once a month. I’m kinda an emotionless person when is comes to verbalizing my feelings to him. But we have managed to say we love one another a whopping one time lol. However, I’m not one that likes to say it. I’m more of a “actions speak louder than words” kinda gal. Our chemistry is out of this world and I don’t even wanna mention the mind blowing sex. Now, 2 years of talking to one another exclusively we are having baby, marriage and building a house in Atlanta talks...my concern is how can we talk about a future when presently we don’t even refer to one another as boyfriend/girlfriend? And my other concern requires further explanation. Being as though I got pregnant on my first time having sex. And my last boyfriend was pretty “basic” in the bedroom...now this guy wants me to be spontaneous...I just don’t know how! Sad to say but at 24 I have no idea how to be spontaneous...I’m pretty plain Jane.
