Question about sperm count

So I don’t know for sure if my husband has a low sperm count but I think so since doing it every day hasn’t resulted in a BFP. We are doing it every other day this cycle.

I got my LH surge yesterday-today and BD yesterday (following the every other day plan)

My question is should I go ahead and BD today and tomorrow and then go back to every other day that way we cover the window since I’m on the verge of ovulating? Or should we do every other day and skip tomorrow? I’m not sure how much 3 days in a row will affect the sperm count.
