Is it safe to eat salsa that’s been open in the fridge for a week
The jar says refrigerate once opened but says nothing about consuming in a certain amount of says.
It’s still in date, we opened it 6 days ago.
If I wasn’t pregnant I would just eat it no worries, but listeria is always
on my mind now!
