How long???

How long after a miscarriage does it usually take to get your cycles normalized? I had my 3rd miscarriage back in December Jan 5th I had my first cycle and I still haven’t gotten another cycle yet. I have been dealing with a uti, bladder infection and kidney infection all at once so would that affect it at all? They did at cat scan at the Er and saw “fluid” in my uterus but that disappeared the next time they checked me out, they thought I was getting my cycle due to it being close to feb 5th. I’m not pregnant obviously they did a urine test and an ultrasound which showed not pregnant for both. Any ideas? My SO and I want to get back on the baby making train.
