Pre Term Labor Loss

To keep it short:

I was pregnant with identical twin boys. I was a high risk pregnancy due to health issues I have. I had to see a maternal fetal specialist along with my OB every two weeks. At 23 weeks out of nowhere I felt nauseous and had a headache so I called my OB triage nurse and she told me to come in. I was having regular contractions. For about a week on and off they put me on Magnesium Sulfate to stop the contractions. Well 24 weeks and 6 days my water broke and I had to have an emergency C-section. Both boys were very premature.
