Teens and fertility

How old do you have to be to find out how fertile you are from you doctor. Like is there a certain age as I assume I have fertility problems considering i have had sex a great number of time the past few years from 14-16 and sounds bad but rarely use a condom but I do get myself checked and at one point me and my ex even tried for a baby for about 3 months and nothing's ever become of it.

I know my mum has had trouble conceiving after she had me as a teen herself and my cousin on my mothers side has also experienced ovarian cysts at the age of 26.

Also my dads sister has had problems conceiving due to infertility.

Could these problems be hereditary and maybe it's my turn to receive this infertility curse?
