Confused?! Please help?!

Update: so I bought a digital test last night! There is no miss reading them! Picture is attached! Just hope it was a sticky baby that is still in there! Calling doctors as soon as they open!

Hello! So I’m very confused! On Tuesday I had no AF so I took a test and there was a faint positive, but AF so showed up later that day! I thought I was out of the running, so I deleted my faint line post and just shut out for a couple days. I was talking to a friend of mine and she said she had a normal period her first 5 months and didn’t know she was pregnant because of it! She told me to test again, so I did! First picture is the first test I took, second is from today! Has anyone had/have their period and are pregnant?!
