Spotting

Hi all.

Some background.

I’ve had two chemical pregnancies back to back both ending at 4 +2. This cycle I had my progesterone tested at 7 dpo and it was low. Went on progesterone now I’m taking 400mg total 200 in the morning 200 at night. I haven’t had any nausea but my breasts have been very tender.

This morning when I wiped I got some brownish spots on the tissue.

All I can think is this is it. It’s another miscarriage.

I haven’t been cramping. Just some quick pinches.

Any advice? Has this happened to anyone else?
