Info or advice needed ?! 🤷🏽‍♀️🙇🏽‍♀️ On progesterone

Was recently prescribed progesterone ( for my period and ovulation) for 14 days for 3 months just finished my first cycle on Thursday feb.8th . The very next day ( Friday) around 9 am. I felt really bloated & pressure in my uterus. Almost like I was gonna start my period . In the past when I would have my period I would usually get severe back pain & right ovary pain . Usually never felt bloated unless I was already days into my period never before . And it’s not a constant thing it almost comes in waves and it’s like a cramp first and then I feel the pressure and bloatness . Is this normal ? Is this a sign of my period coming ? My doctor / pharmacist wasn’t real specific other than here’s these pills take them for 14 days same day for three months .
